The milk that comes in plastic bottles is fresh in middle east and KSA. Almarai is the most fav choice for the majority.
You only find package kind of milk here so lots of variations are for milk like Nadec, Nada, Saudia but Almarai is best just try Almarai fresh cows milk and boil it before using milk

Ma b after marriage foran shift ho gi thi qatar r mjy b bilkul cooking ni ati thi pr by thetime sb easy ho gya
To prevent over ripening of avocado’s you should mash them or cut them as per your preference and then squeeze a lemon on it mix it and freeze it in an airtight container then afterwards use them by just defrosting them I do it and my avocados stay for even a month and it doesn’t effect the taste

Keep avocados out on the counter for a day or two then use them.
They go bad really fast though so get 4-5 at a time 😊

Like if you cook 1 cup of rice use same cup and add 2 cup of water
