No, I've liked them since 88' 😂....you know the vocalist is early 80s Thin Lizzy keyboard player Darren Wharton?...Prof Brian Cox was in them for their first two albums. All their albums are great.
Extraordinary band, amazing musicians, beautiful choirs... And Darren's voice, out of this world. All the albums are the best ever!!!! ❤️

Met Darren years ago when playing as a duo in a pub in Cheshire,talked about working with Phil Lynott in Thin Lizzy ,very nice guy ,Dare his own band are fantastic!!

I love the band, Vinny Burns plays a lot .... Darren Wharton is also outstanding, very talented musicians but little known here in Brazil ... long live DARE

I really wish they’d reissue those first two albums with all the B-sides included; they did some excellent ones back then that you just can’t get now.

Saw them live last night local at The Queens Hall Nuneaton ...Awesome band Awesome night...First heard them back in 1991 when I bought their "Blood from Stone " album...on cassette! Best track for me..."We don't need a reason" which they played last night along with their haunting slower version if Lizzys Emerald....pure professional classic rock at its best 👌

Many thanks for this amazing return. Darren is one of the best voices in the world and the touch of Vinny Burns adds something great, his work with TEN was outstanding and I love both bands, but seeing him with Darren again is really good.
An exceptional track from an exceptional band. Let's hope it gets the exposure it so deserves and goes on to be a huge success for Darren and the boys. They deserve it, as anybody that has seen Dare live will attest to.

Never heard of this great band before. Boy, they rock. Hope they get the recognition they deserve.
Do check out their catalog. It's an extensive one and their debut album is considered an AOR classic! Their second album 'Blood from Stone' is by far their heaviest and you can hear Vinny Burns unleashed. Definitely a band that flies under the radar.
