Windows 95 Beta 1992 Build Leaked!

In this video, I install the oldest known build of Windows 95 in DOSBox, from the year 1992!
This version, unlike more recent builds, does not need to have MS-DOS 7.0 and can also run in Standard mode.
Unlike Windows 3.1, it features an updated interface and new programs, such as a different file manager with additional functions.
Some refer to this version as Chicago Build 22, although this version does not yet use the name Chicago. It identifies itself as 3.10.07200022 and was compiled on July 20, 1992.

The main question here is: does it runs 16-bit software only, or also 32-bit (like final Win95)?

This specific version can only run 16-bit programs. It does not include any Win32 support.
Additionally, this version can run in Standard Mode, so I believe it could run on a 286 at minimum, unlike later versions. However, KRNL386 has new APIs that KRNL286 does not, suggesting that they were already planning to remove support for Standard Mode.

This is just a very early w95 build from July 1992, so obviously it looks like wfw3.1 as the development kinda began only few months ago and by the time, the specifications document weren't done yet (it was finished later in September).
But despite that close appearance, you can already notice some differences between this build and w3.11 like the 3d buttons style having a closer look to what you'll see in w95 than in w3.11. This and some programs like Raster (which is just an early version of w95 Paint), Project Manger, a new iteration of the File Manager that have right click menus and so on.

Al ser una versión muy temprana de Windows 95 es esperable que sea parecido a Windows 3.1. Pero si comparás los 2 sistemas en cuestión, vas a notar que los botones tienen el estilo más moderno que es parecido a las versiones preliminares de Chicago, aparte de usar otra fuente por defecto y tener nuevos programas que no venían incluidos en Windows 3.1x.
Además, esta versión tiene problemas para ejecutar la consola de comandos (COMMAND.COM) desde Windows normalmente, por lo que tiene que ser ejecutando en modo standard (win /s) para no tener ese problema, Eso se ve en el video cuando intenté mostrar lo que devolvían los comandos "ver" y "winver" desde Windows, pero no pude con el Enhanced Mode.
Por último, esta versión de Windows 95 tiene nuevas funciones API en KRNL386.EXE, GDI, USER y SHELL, que no existen en Windows 3.1x. Esta información está disponible en el link de BetaWiki que puse en la descripción.

It's similar, but if you look more closely, the button styles are different, the default font is different, it has new programs that are not in Windows 3.1x, and there are bugs such as not being able to run COMMAND.COM from Enhanced Mode. Additionally, it has new APIs in KRNL386, GDI, USER, and SHELL, and more Control Panel applets without being installed by default.
