Possum vs Raccoon

I feed a couple of feral cats who usually dine while the sun is out. But whatever is left over after dusk is first-come, first-served. That's usually opossums followed by raccoons. I like both of them. After all, any wild animal that can thrive in very urban Brooklyn, NY has my profound respect. So I'll usually add a can of cat food just for them.
Possums have a rep for playing dead when they're threatended but they're actually tough guys when it comes to sharing a can of Friskies, even for raccoons double their size.
