- The plaintiff says he and the defendant were married and have children together, but he has full custody because she’s addicted to drugs. He says she’s behind in child support, so he’s suing her for that and medical bills. The defendant says her ex was abusive and even pushed her out of car, and she’s countersuing for therapy bills.

She’s already on and staying up with her $100 payment plans set by another court. She wasn’t victorious, it’s more that the judge can’t override a judgement that’s already in place and being adhered to.

Well he wanted to bypass what the child support office had agreed to with her for 6 months. Regardless, she NEEDS to pay more than a freaking $100 / mo towards her children. If she's fresh out of recovery and needs a few months to get back on the right path, maybe I can understand.

He also need to pay for the abuse he put her through or does his bad actions become null and void because he’s got the kids? The only reason he’s got the kids is because he provided the drugs and abused her to the point taking drugs was better than her reality. He pushed her into addiction, with giving her drugs and abusing her. Now he acts high and mighty because he thinks that proves he’s the better person. Anyone that’s first hand even domestic violence will be able to see right through him.

As he walks away all smug like he is not the reason her life is in shambles.. the drugs and hormones from baring children.. poor lady! I pray she finds some peace on this earth!

At some point, folks need to learn accountability and stop blaming others for their weakness. We all know how drugs destroy lives….so why take it 🤷🏽♀️ not judging her for all she’s going through with drugs, I just don’t understand how folks know the effects of drugs and still take it.

That's the sad thing about this selfish disease, the kids get pushed aside, neglected and in the very worst case scenarios even abused sometimes 😟 thank goodness it seems like they're at least being watched by someone/some organization.

Poor lady....ayyy she came in and held her own! Everybody just KNEW she was gonna lose but she fought that one LOL! I'm glad for her, because someone on drugs living is already hard and being in MORE debt can cause them to fall deeper in depression and have them to just let the drug take completely over, just giving up completely. You can tell she's fighting for life and I hope she gets clean. R.I.P to my kids mother, she fell to drugs 2 years ago. This is why I speak with compassion and mercy on her situation.

I have no remorse for people who choose drugs over their children, my brother was a addict and did the same thing until he realized he was destroying everything. 5-19-22 Judge Mathis should have made them both take a drug test and he should have awarded $5,000 in back child support to the father and mandated she find a job with assignment of 50% of her wages to back child support. She is an embarrassment
