I'm not familiar with Jean's entire body of work, but in the last decade, HBO was very good to her. First in the limited series Watchmen, then Mare of East Town and then Hacks. She was excellent in all three. Im looking forward to her next project, whatever it might be.

Everybody talks about how “Designing Woman” lost so much when Delta Burke left but Smart leaving at the same time is what really do it in. The show never recovered from that one-two punch. Charlene was so hilarious but kind-hearted.
