Yes, something about what he's doing feels suspicious. When using weapons or melee, his mobility doesn't decrease in the slightest. Mods that increase his speed may exist so that he may dodge bullets and confuse opponents to make it easier for him to kill them.

Kindly go to the training room and just use whatever guns, shoot on the side of the bots with ads on and then feel the magic of latch effect, especially with m4. Its too good. If you can't then its pretty sus and doubtful that you can even control m4's recoil lol
