Just watchng series two ..the 'soft reset' really was annoying
You bring up in the first minute how "forgotten" this show is, but for nearly a decade there was a constant campaign to get a YJ Season 3.
And then season 3 and 4 killed any enthusiasm most fans had

Me: hearing how he goes on about the great writing and how exited he is for season 2
Me: thinking about how (while still good) season 2 is *so different* to what he’s expecting. Basically a huge time skip that changes the entire genre for that season (as the young justice changes it’s concept for each season. Season 1 is friendship/bonding, season 2 is grief/consequences, and so on.)
Me seeing the ending of the video: cackling like a madman.

Fantastic Four didn't make a mistake casting Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm.
Sadly, the first season of YJ is the only one that fully works. The 2nd season is *pretty* good, but got hobbled by a lowered episode order. Then the cancellation. Then the much postponed 3rd season, which, honestly, is a disorganized mess with a few good bits. The fourth season I haven't seen, but the general consensus is that it's godawful, and then it got cancelled again. The producers are trying to get a fifth season, but I don't think that's gonna happen. They've kinda diluted their good will to the point where no one cares.
But the first season is great. My only caveat about it is the finale is a little too abrupt.
Watch andor though. It's so good - especially if you are dissapointed with star wars' quality recently
Honestly, Andor is still considered great by Star Wars fans, and that's the group of people who hate Kenobi, The Book of Boba Fett, The entire Sequel Trilogy, and more from Star Wars with a burning passion, but this also seems to be a good choice. I heard good and bad things from Oakwyrm
They didn't cast Starfire of a different color. She is black in the comics.
i believe that Season 2 was affected by studio/producers. Season 3 and 4 are superiors than 2
You're wrong, they should have cast a black woman for this role and they made the right choice casting a black woman for this role. Not casting a black woman for this role would have been a mistake.
