U-Roy , Have Mercy , Reggae , 1976 natty rebel lp , one of my all time fav tunes . infact my all time fav tune , this an natty rebel , was shocked it wasnt already on here ,big big tune
If Daddy Uroy had played in West Africa ( especially Nigeria) THOUSANDS WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE!.........I know that A LOT of people from my Generation( 60,s )still LOVE HIS SONGS...AND THAT IS A FACT! Thanks for posting.
I remembered when he played in Monrovia, Liberia in 1988. We went crazy. It was awesome and fantastic. It was Reggae Sunsplash in Liberia. They played for straight 24 hours. Marijuana or kaya or weed or glass or blunt or split or joint or etc and etc was sold openly and smoked openly all over the Liberian National Stadium- The SKD Stadium. It was one of the first time kaya was sold like candy in the open and smoked so openly. I will never forget that.
Je me rappelle de mon adolescence. Mes favoris étaient U - ROY (Natty Rebel), Bob Marley, ......... C'était vraiment bon de les écouter et de danser au rythme de leur reggae
U Roy is my favourite the time I was too young, thanks keep it up God bless,I want to let you guys know that life is very sweet before than now ,now is Wickes life everyone living
Guide us Jah man, guide us Jah man, oh yeah. Have mercy on a good man, and help him we pray Jah man. Have mercy on a good girl, and help her we pray Jah man. Man was made to suffer, yeah, and women were made to feel the pain. Stay by our side and guide us we pray Jah man. Give us all your blessing, and help us we pray Jah man. Time is running out, but we need no one, not to cry nor shout. Change them who's gone astray, and show them the way Jah man. Make this an everlasting example we pray Jah man, yeah. Man was made to suffer, yeah, yeah, and women was made to feel the pain. Have mercy on a good man, and help him we pray Jah man. Have mercy on a good girl, and help her we pray Jah man.
