“In brief, Latin Honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, or summa cum laude) are awarded to BAMS students who finish the program satisfying the following conditions:
1.)Latin Honor candidates must have an exemplary weighted average grade (GWA, or WAG). According to the UP System Code Chapter 65 Article 410, students who complete their courses with the following averages, computed on the basis of units, will graduate with honors:
Cum laude: 1.46 to 1.75
Magna cum laude: 1.21 to 1.45
Summa cum laude: 1.00 to 1.20
While BAMS students are generally welcome to take fewer than 12 units every term (what is generally referred to as "underloading"),
2.)Latin Honor candidates must have completed at least a normal course load (12 academic units) in every term they were registered in. (Look for the article, What is a normal course load for a BAMS student? for more details. Note that PE and CWTS units do not count towards your academic course load.)
3.)Most of your units should have come from UPOU. That is to say, there is a maximum allowable number of units you can cross-enroll in from another UP campus unit or have had transferred from a previous institution for you qualify for Latin Honors”

Hi po! Just want to ask if ung transcript mo nagrereflect na you are a Transferee and nagappear ba ung mga credited subjects from previous school or hindi ka nagpatransfer of credits? Thank you!
Separate po na paper. Same nung pinasa nyo nung nag apply kayo. Tapos aattach lang sa TOR mo from UP. Mahirap po magpa credit ng mga kinuha mo sa ibang school. May separate exam na need mo itake. Pag nakapasa saka lang maccredit.
Hello, I wanna thank you coz I come across to your channel, I wanted to study BMA and thank GOD this is free rather than spending 35k to another school. Is it open time to study? I mean you will learn it in your free time or it has a time that you are required to render for the modules?
Hi. You have all the option on when, how and where you want to study your lessons. But tou need to check and take note kung kelan ung pasahan ng assignments, quizzes, answers dun sa forum ( recitation sa conventional school) and exams. About sa last question mo, if you are pertaining sa topic ng book meron na may number of days na limit meron naman na wala. Depende sa prof. If you mean naman sa question mo eh kung may semesters. Yes may semester so need mo isubmit all your requirments to pass the subject within the sem.

Hi po! Been binge watching this eversince nagpasa ako ng admission application ko sa UPOU. :) Nakalagay sa OAS yung "For Review" na siya sa application ko. Gaano po kaya katagal ako magwawait before malaman if maaapprove ako? Paano po nila ako iinform if ever? thank you so much po!
By email po sila nag iinform. Mejo matagal po sila mag review. Marami po kasi nagpapasa ng applications.

May isa pa po ako tanong, (sorry na) hehehe.. Top 10 po kasi ako nung grumaduate ako ng highschool. Automatic n po ba yun admission dun sa ipinasa ko sa OAS or kailangan ko po iapply yun? Hello po, tanong ko lang po if may specific time po ba yung mga classes sa UPOU?
Wala pong specific time. Ikaw po ang magdedecide kung kailan at anong oras mo gusto mag aral. Just take note of the dates ng pasaahan ng assignments, exams and quizzes. Un po ang may mga specific dates and time.
Hello po Mam! interested po ako mag enroll sa UPOU for AA program. Degree holder na po ako at may gwa na 2.7. need ko pa po ba magtake ng UGAT??

Associate of Science in Instructional Design and Technology (ASIDT)
Associate of Arts in Digital Design and Art (AADDA)
Associate of Science in Information Technology (ASIT)
Associate of Arts in Digital Entrepreneurship (AADE) - yan po mga AA sa UPOU. Pero para po yan sa mga hindi pa nakaka graduate ng kahit anong course. Check nyo rin po ito registrar.upou.edu.ph/associate-in-arts/. Baka po mabigyan nila kayo ng option if gusto nyo talaga ng second course.

Sa BAMS po wala. Sa BES parang meron sila
Hello po, so nag 12 units ka talaga per sem? kaya lng po kahit working? balak ko sana magtake ng BAMS next year
uu nag 12 units ako per sem nung AA time ko. pero nababawasan naman na un habang patapos na ung course mo. nung nag BAMS ako since una ko natapos ung mga general elective, may mga subject na hindi offered at may pre requisite na subject hindi na ko nakakapag 12 units. kaya hindi rin ako nahirapan kahit working ako full time. Plus gustong gusto ko talaga ung course ko. Kaya kahit after work inaabot pa rin ako ng max 8 hrs sa pagaaral.
Malapit po ksi ako sa diliman, sabi nyo po pwede pong mag enroll dun ng PE? Paano po?
parungao 2016 need mo mag submit ng application for cross enrolment. Pasensya na hindi ko masyado kabisado, kc nag pa exempt na ko sa PE nuon.
Isa pa pong question hehehehe ano po yung mga careers na pwede sa BAMS?

Two years lang yung AA- Associate in Arts. 5 years yong BAMS- Bachelor of Art in Multimedia

May I ask a question Po ...I'm graduate senior high school 2018 but na istop Ako 4 yrs na nakakaraan but now I decided ituloy pag college sana this year 2023 2024 kung sakasakali ay freshman Po ako this year 2023 2024. Tanong ko lang Po kung may exam Po ba Ang opou ?(associate in arts Po sana kukunin ko) kung merong exam, ano pong klaseng exam ? Essay Po ba? Online exam Po ba? Hi po. Good day. Ask ko lang kung may application fee kayong binayaran when you were applying for UPOU, dun kasi sa number 3 requirement ng New Students, it states that: Proof of payment of application fee (non-refundable) amounting to PHP 350.00 for local
applicants, and USD 75.00 for offshore based applicants.
Just wanted to know if you know anything about this po. So that I can prepare my fee in time and submit my requirements in time. I already emailed UPOU regarding this inquiry of mine, but an answer from you would be much appreciated. Thank you!

@@ielrico05 as of the moment po, andito pa po ako sa Pilipinas, but once po mag-start ang klase, I'm probably in abroad already, does that mean po ba na pang-offshore po ang application fee ko? Thanks in advance po. I was just a bit confused. 😊😅
Ung sa local ang babayaran mo. Most likely nandito ka pa nun pag nag send sila ng mail sayo. Ung ibabayad kc sa application gagamitin din nila to send ng reply sa application mo through LBC.
Hi! I took UPCAT 2 decades ago (hehe) and didn’t pass. Can I still take the UGAT exam?
2.80 ung passing sa UPOU. Pag po yan yung nakuha nyong score baka po hindi nila kayo require mag take ng UGAT.Inquire din po kayo sa kanila para po maadvise po nila kayo.

@@i2kmyprosac mas madali po kung transferee. Need mo po yung college units mo dahil sa sa K12. Or else need mo po pakita nakapag senior high ka.

Yup may graduation. Tri Sem kasi so kaya sya ng less than 2 years kung full load ka every sem.

I have a question, If ever i take the Associate Arts and i finish it within 2 years? do we have graduation for this course ? and allowed po ba mag continue ito sa traditional school like Traditional in UP na pumapasok ? thanks po
neil123100 yes po may graduation and may certificate. Certificate lang kasi hindi nagbibigay si UP ngbdiploma pag hindi ka pa bachelor grad. But the it serves the same purpose. And yes po pwede ka lumipat sa ibang traditional school like UPLB, diliman, baguio given na ung gwa mo eh pasado sa college na gusto mo at papasa ka sa interview nila.
@@ielrico05 ah salamat po, nag pasa na kasi ako ng requirements ko, application form and payment na lang hindi ko pa naipapasa for application fee, hindi ko lang alam if need pa po ako mag take ng exam, nag stop kasi ako ng study 3 to 4 years na sa ibang university po.. May kinakailangan po bang maintaining grades po ba sa AA para makapasok sa tradition school sa UP after matapos ang AA?

neil123100 nice to hear that. Kung hindi ka pa po nakapag UPCAT need nyo po mag take ung Undergrad assessment test. Maintain mo po ng 2. Pero mas ok po kung mataas.

April Ferrer nasa loob po. Pero iba po ung way papunta. Along National Road po. Malapit po ung UPOU sa boundery ng LB at Bae. Tapat ng South Super Market.
