- A cabride video onboard a locomotive, that started from Tanjong Pagar, the southernmost terminal of KTM, before 1 July 2011 and ends at Woodlands Train Checkpoint.
However, KTM railway operations stopped on 1 July 2011, with the agreement of the Governments of Singapore and Malaysia, KTM evacuated from Tanjong Pagar and Bukit Timah, and relocate its operations to the Woodlands Train Checkpoint. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
It's Ten years since the railway tracks have been removed replaced by Rail Corridor as the last KTM train left Singapore. :'(
Wow
Nice video, and very expensive, good
Ganda lugar idol
Im very upset with the late PM Najib Razak for removing the KTM Intercity. Malaysia no need fast train, a good night sleep in KL while reaching SG in the morning is a beautiful experience and also save time.....cos every human has to sleep anyways.
To be truth, ktm is losing money & has not been gaining any profit. That's why ets were introduced. Right now ktm's profit mostly come from ets services. People right now always want to get somewhere fast, while sleeper train is mostly for being adventurous & nostalgic (except for the east coast & southern line where it is a necessity). But I agree it should be back for the sake of tourism to the northen sector & in extension, to Thailand itself. Eastern & oriental express is an expensive train service, & ktm can introduce sleeper train as a perfect alternative
Najib still alive
It is not Najib’s fault but a pointless agreement since 1990

... without this railway line,
as of 2018,
travelling between Tanjong Pagar MRT and Woodlands MRT takes 51 minutes,
and 1h 20minutes from Tanjong Pagar MRT to Woodlands Train Checkpoint
Well, screw the government dickhead who approved the destruction of KTM Singapore's section then

mind you, this video has been speeded up
@@alfyryan6949 Yes I know. It’s been speeded up by 1 times
also KTM and Malaysian government at fault for not moving the immigration, and KTM is also very short sighted, they could have double tracked the entire section and electrified the line (also maintain the station better).
Oh well.
@Nepo35 Yes class 25.
Nice video bro. If only there's another recording 20 years before or so to see what it's like then.
True..
@@zailanizainal5880 kamepo has one recording of the line 20 years back
