how to get more than 30 fps ??

You have to move the Skirmish slider to max but I wouldnt recommend it. A lot of older games (Generals included) are coded around the frames of the game so going over 30 frames causes the game to speed up. Now if you play multiplayer it seems like the game doesnt care about your frames and locks the speed to the speed of 30fps. So to sum up move the slider in skirmish all the way to the right but you have to deal with the speed.
