I am sorry, I am not aware of that area, it is far from my location so we have not visited any of the condos in that area.
Two things you can do:
1. Follow the facebook page of the school and you will find a lot of members from nearby condos.
2. You can also as the property agent or condo guards about Indian occupancy.
