How many messages do you send in an hour? Because the Chat moderators start with 0.05-euro cents per message. Just asking.
I worked there as a callcenter agent. It was ok but now it got way worse. Nothing to recommend anymore.

I applied went through process then received an email saying they found someone better to fit the role 😂 why say no experience and anyone could do it
I got that too. But I applied using my email address which has my real name. I GOT THROUGH. In the 1st email, I signed the contract but had trouble with filling out the payment method. So, I did it on a new Excel sheet and sent it... I am not sure what is the reason for that response.... BUT I PASSED ALL THE STEPS WHEN I GOT THROUGH WITH MY 2ND EMAIL ADDRESS.
