Will Hurricane Beryl affect the Texas Gulf Coast?

- With the spaghetti models for Hurricane Beryl's path all over the place, there are multiple scenarios and some include the Texas Gulf Coast and Houston area.
The strength of Hurricane Beryl has exceeded expectations and broken records. While it reached its peak overnight Monday into early Tuesday and is expected to weaken, it will still impact several islands and countries -- one of which could be the U.S., and more specifically, the Texas coastline.
Beryl, now a Cat. 4 hurricane, is forecast to make landfalls in Jamaica, the Cayman Islands and the Yucatan next. However, there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding Beryl's path after passing through the Yucatan and entering the Gulf. Read more: www.khou.com/article/weather/...

I like this meteorologist. There were many teachable moments she shared. I like her modest appearance and her detailed explanations. I will continue to watch her segments. ❤
I have a feeling this is going to hit Texas, somewhere around the Corpus Christi area, or closer to Galveston. I hope I'm wrong, but the way the storm is continuing to stay more of a northerly path rather than west, I'm starting to think that people in Texas should start getting ready, just in case, and not do everything last minute like always.

we can't afford costly national disasters in the U.S. We are allready 35 trillion in debt. If natural disasters keep happening plus Democrate control of the senate they will cut social security in half...the benefits by 2030.

When you live on the coast,you always have to be prepared, supplies, water,hurricane can happen to anybody on the coast, take care,be safe everyone, and prayers. ❤

Meteorologist in dallas said favorable conditions for Beryl on the Gulf, Low wind sheer, gulf hot boil water temperatures up 80's and 90's

Maybe this one will spare the Texas coast. But remember that there are quite a few more hurricanes predicted for this unusually hot summer season.

This hurricane may not Weeknd as expected. It wouldn't surprise me the way the weather's been going on around the world with global warming and all. It's smart to keep a close eye on it. 🙂😇🫣
