I think this is a great podcast on many levels. The best part I loved is how they discuss small things, for instance, that part about how our thoughts deepen at night. I wish these small things about daily life would be discussed with all celebrities. This way we feel we all have things in common and we all face problems, that we are not alone and give us sense of connectedness. Celebrities are not made overnight and under their shine and glitter they have their struggles too. This would give us motivation to do better and face our problems in life.

To be honest, I use to see sanjay hosting shows before (way before) but didn't know anything abt him... but now after this podcast (and his other podcasts).. he is a gem...he is truely a very intellectual guy... he is a fountain of knowledge and has got those attributes to deal with any kind of situations... what a humble personality... i can feel his vibe how he is trying to uplift vten from the negative thoughts so he won't loss him...
And ofcourse, huge fan of Vten.. one of the top rappers of nepal.. i don't listen to hiphop much but i follow each and every song of his.... i like the way he is and his music... so raw
