It's weird, especially since they already established in GTA IV that the Angels have a presence in San Andreas, would have made better antagonist group, carried from GTA 4 in my opinion. Guess they wanted to get that shock value of Johnny being killed tho

There are several parallels between the two, like that in both stories the leader of the gang they rode with, someone who they used to admire and respect, betrayed them, or that they didn't seek revenge against their fomer leader, but were forced by the circumstances to kill them, or that they both died at the end. But in John's case his ending was honorable, instead in Johnny's it was something degrading
