Needless to say that the differences for the drivers cabin are quite small and the biggest difference was a new enhanced diesel engine

I didn't know how fascinating this was until I watched it all the way through. I can't believe how much I learned. I had some ideas along the way. For example, depending on the scene, building in some general purpose wiring could be used to add street lights, illuminated signs and buildings, a motorized raising-bridge, a working windmill, lights through a tunnel, etc. Another idea with respect to the river, you could add stuff like little fish (install them on little pins and they'll keep their depth while pouring the resin), old tires, or a lost shopping cart or barrel, an abandoned submerged car, a little boat at a dock, etc. Using a small pump, I suppose one could even create a real running river, maybe even with a small waterfall or working paddlewheel. Wouldn't it also be very fun to add a tiny wifi video camera to the vehicle and to record that while driving from the vehicle's perspective. Put up a green screen behind it and you could add a real sky to the video. Turn on the vehicle headlights and the lights on the scenery and go for a night drive.

You know what you should do? A photographers wet dream. Overcast cityscape at night, with rain puddles on the roads. You know exactly the type of image im talking about.

Just about when we think you couldn't possibly step up your game, you give us this video. If there was ever a time I would buy Nord VPN based on a You tube commercial, this is it!
    Great work!

I love these small RC trucks. I've been thinking of tackling one in N scale, but I will confess to being nervous about the tiny detail. Love the driving course.

You should look at 1/24 scale RC crawlers. They're quite a bit bigger than the scale you normally work at, but they're also loads of fun.

I’ve been watching another CZcamsr making scenery like you do, however I was sadly disappointed at how much easier and better your videos are. Luke you are very good, and talented. From now on I will only watch you and your videos.

*Excellent, the course is a real challenge for these tiny RC vehicles! Even the trees are shacking! 😁 Very good idea, the amount of preparation work must had to be so huge ... 👏👏👏👏*

You know what you should do? Build a simple forest/hill model but divide it up into like 5 or 6 consecutive sections, and each section adds another step of finishing the model so when it's done it will be a nice sort of timeline of the model making process, with the first section being just plain foam and the last section having all of the trees and ground coatings and the black paint on the edges. Maybe you could even find a way to have them transform smoothly from one stage to the next.

When I was 8 years old my Christmas present was a little rc truck, it had Hot-wheel tracks and I used to drive it there. A dream come true. Over time it stopped working and I only left it as a collection but moving house made me lose it. Yet wonderful memories you have brought back. Thank you!
