I am pleased you mentioned how frightening it was in Bali during the health crisis. I certainly felt the same in Java and suspect that it is had a lasting negative impact on my psychology. And now as we know it was all so unnecessary.
I think it will stay in my memory forever as well, it was harmful for sure. Pitt as never nobody will apologize or help with it

WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE THE PAVED BEACH WALK HAS MADE......IT HAS MADE THE AREA EASIER TO KEEP CLEAN AND TIDY....AND IT HAS MADE IT MORE WALKING FRIENDLY.

Finally you are back in Sanur. Nice to see the current situation. Another 16 days and we are in Sanur (after 4 years). We stay in Andaz and afterwards in Hyatt Regency (where we were just before the pandemic).

I love Sanur, was there in September for 2 weeks following 2 weeks in Ubud, Legian and Amed. Still my favourite place in Bali. ❤❤❤

Sanur is great place, swimming not the best but can still enjoy it. Sadly the prices as everywhere have increased. I arrive on Nov 27 and I have a couple prefered places I stay at but prices have increased over 250% since I was there in August. And I am a diamond elite ambassador supposed to get very special rates. Anyway it is what it is and I will find a place I can afford. Great info again thankyou.🙏👍

September/October we stayed for 3 weeks in Hyatt Regency. Was great after a break of 3 years. Sanur in busier then before but still great place to stay. We are thinking of coming over for 3 weeks in may next year. Looking forward to it.

Not all the beachfront , just a small unused section in front of what will be Icon Mall , that area needs a good clean up . 😃

The Icon shopping mall is already being built but it won't impact the path along the beach.
There is a rumour some of the restaurant area where Damian was walking is being knocked down for a new development.
