I opend my Elven Council deck a couple days ago. Galadriel and Gandolf both had damage from something that pressed on them. I emailed WOTC about the problem. They said, "We are currently experiencing a very high volume of contacts at this time, therefore there will be a slight delay ." That was two days ago. I guess they're having more than a few issues with LOTR quali ty.
I had problems with warhammer 40k with missing cards. Been waiting for 3 months for them to send replacement.
@chunkitjames0072004 I bought a pre-made deck in 2015 that was missing a forest. They mailed me one a week or so later. They spent just over $1 to send me a nickel card.
On the other hand, I was shorted a pack of German Commander Legends from a booster. They sent me an English booster from a
different set.
Hope this one turns out better.

Sorry to be a total nerd here but I just thought you might want to know that C's in the legendarium of Tolkien, in elvish names in particular at the beginning of the name, will have a hard C sound, like in Celeborn (pronounced Keleborn) or Cirdan the Shipwright. (Pronounced Keer-dan) It meant a lot to Tolkien so it means a lot to us, how these things are pronounced. Great review and thanks a lot.

Just starting back into mtg and bought this. Would the commander be Galadriel or Gandalf or are they partners?
You can use either one as your Commander, but neither one has partner. The one you're not using would just go into your deck as a normal legendary creature.
Are these full decks or just partial decks?
Each one is a full Commander deck, legal in that format.
10:37, how does this card work? How do i know how many +1/+1 counters does it get?
Depends how much mana you spend to cast it. The casting cost is one green and X additional mana. If you only spend 1 green, X is zero and you don't get any counters. If you spend an additional 1 mana of any color, you get 1 counter. If you spend an additional 2, you get 2 counters, and so forth.

Only at the time you cast it, but not after.
