Sarkaria commission was formed in 1977 on basis of a complain given by MGR in 1972 when he left DMK. MGR himself deposed before the commission & he told his allegations were based on what he heard from one Mr.Salem Kannan.he never had a evidence. This was commission was instituted by Indira after 5 years bcos he opposed emergency.the commission was withdrawn by her later in 1980. 2G case judgement is expected soon. Raja faced the case ,attended all hearings without taking a single Vaidha spent 15 months in jail.he argued the case for himself .he followed the national telecom policy constituted by Vajpayee government.slmple. But he only brought in competition and reduced the rates from 1.3 Rs to 30 paisa.
