First of all. Degree or certification mn zamin asan ka farak ha. Certification ap ak hafty me kar k bath jaty ho. Degrees lany me salon ki mahnat din rat ka skoon jata ha. Dermatologist r Plastic surgeon k ap pass sy bhi nahi guzar skti . Comparison to door ki bat ha
