SMDC is not a good guy and not creating a home because of the stupid rules. This is a non-family community. Invested a balcony here at Light and there was a limit of the people who will stay, our family. Also kids to use pool for 3 and 2 years old. Kahit may bayad na 2 lang ang pwede sa pool. So meaning either kasama ang mother or father pero not together as a family? What a stupid rule?! Walang puso. Hindi man lang pinag-isipan. Instead of making memories, it is giving us inconvenience. Plus, the staff at admin are not well trained, they tend to bully owners by sarcasm. Not worth it to invest.
