I can tell she has binky teeth already. That can be a very tough problem to fix. You need to just get rid of all of them. Most kids are over it after 2-3 days
i say just let it run its course, or set some ground rules like it stays in the crib, kids often drop the pacie on their own by the time they are almost three, unless a dentist says "get her off it now" either just limit her time with it (night time only) or let her have it until she decides she doesn't want it anymore, a good idea is not making it available at every option, if they want their pacifier they need to go find it.
