    When they fola the ngatu: It's an age old tradition in Tonga as a gift or token of appreciation for the enternmainment being more significant in this video because it's royalty (modern version is money thrown or placed on dancer). The man with the stick is known as the punake = Chief Choreographer that keeps order,discipline,rythym to the dance/haka/faiva. Girl sitting in the middle usually symbolizes her close relation, respect, reverance for the occasion and dancer. It's a show of modesty.

    Malie Hon. Salote Maumautaimi ...true Taupo'ou of Samoa, I say this for she is of Samoan Royal Blue Blood, she is the great grand daughter of Malietoa of Samoa, through her mother Hon Alaileiula.

    If you only knew the true meaning of one's name in our Tongan culture than you would find it fascinating!! Especially when it come's to the royal family, every name has a story behind it.

    Sorry but Tuku'aho happens to be her last name. This is Tupou V's late brother Ma'atu's daughter, her mother is a beautiful Samoan woman and her name is 'Alaileula.

    CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHY AND WHAT IS IT CALLED WHEN PEOPLE FOLA NGATU AND KOGAz IN FRONT OF PEOPLE DANCING AND IN THE OTHER VIDEO OF THE LAKALAKA WHY THAT MAN IS WALKING AROUND WIT' THAT STICK..AND WHY THAT GIRL IS SITTING IN THE FRONT OF THE GIRL IN THE MIDDLE...?
