This game is seeing a revival. I wish more people would come back. It's still a blast and playable with the fps boost. The GOW5 players wouldn't stand a chance.

The screen shake while roadie running is OP. I tried playing again while back and that plus the input delay made it pretty unenjoyable for me personally
This game is by far the best Gears game ever! It's a shame Gears 5 was designed for people that don't know how to play. Anyone can get a kill on Gears 5. Gears 3 required skill

i miss these gears 3 maps. this was my favorite gears. it's funny cos each game has some players that never leave. even gears 1, you can login and a small group of people from all the way back in 2006, who refused to move on to gears 2, will still be there. i was like that with gears 3. gears 4 came out in 2016, and i refused to leave gears 3. i didn't get on gears 4 until 2017. i tried convincing my friends to come to gears 4 with me, and they refused. they're all still on gears 3.
Gotta love how the game automatically sets new accounts to 29 gears event so you can have the insane medal right off the back Man I remember grinding the kantus in private, setting all the bots in game so I could get double revives on every one And getting griffin unlocked just to hear him say fucking noob in game
Gears 1-3 were the best and UE IMO. Game has just fallen downwards and it’s sad. Hopefully one day they’ll remaster Gears 2+3. All I played was gears until Warzone came out and I just miss it. I even bought UE on my PC just to experience the feeling of playing gears again.
If anybody here wants to go back and play this game I highly suggest playing it on the 360, much easier to get games than on the series x or xbox one. Matchmaking can be somewhat broken on those 2.
I love the video icy! Even tho the game movement feels clunky or not polished it works so well for Gow3. But in gears 5 it feels great however you can do stupid bounces or movements that ruin the game. Gow3 clunky movement is a benefit in my eyes.
I know some of it is nostalgia but nobody can deny. The gun fights in g3 just feel more significant more skill based more satisfying. Just watching you play I’m about to download it again lol I never forgot how much love and thought went into this game ugggh makes me optimistic that gears 6 can return the franchise back to glory one can only hope
Dam I should’ve played gears 3. I skipped gears 3 because they added the sawdoff shotty. So after a week of playing the game I was just like yeh no. Did they keep the sawdoff in gow 3 the whole longevity of the game or did they take it out??
It was there till the end. But after a month, all the noob/new players have left, and you couldn't really see it in a game, expect in the hands of troll players.

I really miss Gears 3 but you know there are somethings i dont miss like over power retro lancer, annoying sawed off and some maps like overpass, sandbar and any map you can spawn trap it was annoying as hell.
I kinda like the lancer being that strong, shows that cover still mattered. I definitely prefer the current roadie running though haha, it looked so clunky back then.
