Say you score 3 more goals than your opponent, that'd be +1 defensive upgrade - 5 goals and thats a +2 defensive upgrade. It'd work the same way as a RQ, they're still trying to play but they're down so many goals that it may as well be labelled as a forceRQ.

Change to more defensive formation but have on counterattack and wide formation. Jed is high enough to get bags in the centre but the players you’re adding are crossing biased in the game right now. Refs are non existent so aggressive plays are the best. Pace is back. 2015 FIFA vibes. LB upgrades for sure
I think it’s gotta be a normal road to glory just the concept of using Jed in every game the idea of upgrades will get stale and a chance of plateauing at a certain point

Just defend like a defender would, if you step out you get beat, I always control my CBs and use r1 to get midfielders to close
