You got fufu stirring skills. You did great with the stirring and it looks well stretched and cooked. . I mix mine directly in cold water and start stirring right away to avoid lumps. And I also mix mine with mashe potato powder to enhance the taste

First I used to boil the fufu like how one would prepare banku , until I visited another sister and learnt how to make it in the microwave. I like this method too will give it a try.

My dear Nana, Mifri Ghana oo 🇬🇭😂 I'm born and breath in Ghana though I'm a Nigerian.
My favourite Ghanaian food is fufu with light soup.
I don't like it with peanut soup or palmnut soup because it tends to be too heavy for me. I rather prefer those soups with emutuo (rice-ball)
