Is it me or does Billy look like 2 differnt people a few months back, i get the hair cut but i was sort of shocked when i seen his face, i didnt know it was him until i seen the tats, I been following him for 2 years now , did it catch anyone elses attention. .His music is incredible he has a gift,its like the guitar is a part of him when he plays.
