(LYRICS)
It’s taken some years trying to find me
Long road but it ain’t concrete
I made some mistakes that still haunt me
Damage control been my undercover hobby
My pride running marathons at a high speed
Got me praying on my knees
Tryna keep my past behind me
But in my heart I wanna say their ain’t rapper taking my seat
I almost lost it all before I even got it
It all go back to being honest
I was more worried bout takin shorty to sonic
Driving down forest lane never been as toxic
Reading scriptures painting vivid pictures
Relating to stories guess I found a lot of hidden figures
I ain’t David... but you get the kicker
Been in my head so the wins don’t make me think that I’m a winner
Cause that don’t last long
Therapy been slowing down a lot fastballs
I know God preparing me for the blast off
The devil only prowl when u a threat I’m going mad far
So I thank God
I’m tryna hold my hood up like I’m Trayvon
Been fresh way before I hit grade nine
Did a lot of don’ts so far as dues yea I paid mine
It all go back to being honest
And not a profit not how I can be the biggest artist I’m the biggest already because I’m Bristols finest
Remember Kirk dapped me up before I hit the stage
Honestly that meant more than my lil fame
Had an artist say when he win he’ll switch me for my js
I should ask him now if he still wanna trade
I mean I’m still amazed
I still can’t believe that the feelings fade
I felt on top of the world with just a lil taste
But honestly I’m the most happy when I’m in va
Wit my fam nem
They asking for the old Cole well I am him
I’m tryna walk up to my pops and give em ten mil
That still ain’t enough for all the time that he been real
I can’t even lie they telling me to pick aside
They saying sing then I sing they askme where the lines
Industry not what I thought so I’m bout to slide
crazy younger me thought it was really all about God
They just want me kissing up to these shady folk
it’s bout the ratings tho
If I change lives who care about the radio
I’m tryna give the folks my heart till I’m 84
I’m tryna tell em bout a heavenly joy
I know grace is real cause he ain’t gave up on the boy - Hudba

84 Lyrics
[Intro]
It's Bristol, baby, hehehe
Uh
[Verse: Aaron Cole]
It's taken some years tryin' to find me
Long road, but it ain't concrete
I made some mistakes that still haunt me
Damage control been my undercover hobby
My pride runnin' marathons at a high speed
Uh, got me prayin' on my knees
Tryna keep my past behind me
But in my heart I wanna say there ain't a rapper that's gon' take my seat, yeah
I almost lost it all before I even got it
It all go back to bein' honest
I was more worried bout takin' shawty to Sonic
Driving down Forest Lane, never been as toxic, uh
Readin' Scriptures, paintin' vivid pictures
Relatin' to stories, guess I found a lot of hidden figures, uh
I ain't David, but you get the kicker
Been in my head so the wins don't make me think that I'm a winner, uh
'Cause that don't last long
Therapy been slowin' down, a lot of fastballs
I know God preparin' me for the blast off
The devil only prowl when you a threat, I'm goin' mad far, uh
So I thank God
I'm tryna hold my hood up like I'm Trayvon
Been fresh way before I hit grade nine
Did a lot of don'ts so far as dues, yeah, I paid mine, yeah
It all go back to bein' honest
And not a profit, not how I can be the biggest artist
I'm the biggest already because I'm Bristol's finest, uh, right, look
Remember Kirk dapped me up before I hit the stage
Honestly, that meant more than my lil' fame
Had an artist say when he win he'll switch me for my J's
I should ask him now if he still wanna trade, yeah
I mean I'm still amazed
I still can't believe that the feelings fade
I fed on top of the world with just a lil' taste
But honestly, I'm the most happy when I'm in VA, yeah
Wit' my fam there
They asking for the old Cole, well, I am him
I'm tryna walk up to my Pops and give him ten mil'
That still ain't enough for all the times he been real
I can't even lie, they tellin' me to pick a side
They sayin' "Sing" and then I sing, they ask me where the lines
Industry not what I thought, so I'm 'bout to slide
Crazy younger me thought this was really all about God
They just want me kissin' up to these shady folk, mm
It's all about the ratings, though
If I change lives, who care about the radio?
I'm tryna give the folks my heart until I'm eighty-four
Right, 'til I'm eighty-four
Eighty-four

[Refrain: Aaron Cole & Juilissa Leilani]
I'm tryna tell 'em 'bout a heavenly joy
I know grace is real 'cause He ain't even gave up on the boy (Ooh)
Tryna tell 'em 'bout a heavenly joy (Ooh)
I know grace is real 'cause He ain't gave up on the boy (Ooh)
'Til I'm eighty-four
[Outro: Juilissa Leilani]
Ooh-oh, I know grace is really real
He ain't even givin' up on the boy, on the boy, ooh
I'm tryin' to tell 'em 'bout the heavenly joy
I swore, He ain't ever givin' up on the boy

What happens after 84 🤣
Is that his son?
No thats supposed to be his nickname ¨The Kid¨
@@IncredibleTS who is the kid
@@blackout9200 Aaron Cole sometime refers to himself as ¨The Kid¨ so that pic is of himself as a kid
@@IncredibleTS oh cool
Drake flow
Exactly!!!!!!
I like the music but I am concerned AC may have fallen to the record label evil doers that allow "Christian music" as long as the artists follow their rules so they can indirectly show other evil doers that they are in control of those who claim they follow Christ.
Sometimes it's coincidence, but sometimes it is deliberate.
His Black and white checkerboard clothing, masonic colors and the symbolism used in MANY mainstream (evil) media platforms...music, movies, clothing, you name it. And the "2 up 2 down" I can't help but think of the "as above so below" referencing here. Look this up, these symbols are real and they are anti Christ.
I really hope I'm wrong but they are taking over everything...even good. The Bible says good will be evil and evil will be good. It's happening.
If you have eyes to see...look, and if you have ears to hear......listen!
Pray for these artists that they are able to say the name Jesus Christ and not mask it with other phrases (like many artists do...as they can say any name but Jesus in their music) for the sake of following their record label rules. Proclaim Jesus Christ....for He is the ONLY way.
I think you are overthinking this a little top much especially considering the lyrics in the song talking about the industry. Dont be giving the devil extra credit for certain colors or the way someone dresses. The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him. Psalm 24.1. The Devil doesn't own any color, it's all God's. What we should be looking at instead is his heart and the content of his songs. The man looks at outside appearance but The Lord looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7. Have a blessed day
@@RZFLSports yes preach
@@RZFLSports I see what you are saying but the industry along with the other entities take that very logic that you explained and use it to lure the lost into darkness....sometimes even those who claim to have Jesus.
The Bible says in the book of Matthew ...
Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
I like a lot of his music but he is not exempt because his lyrics claim Christ. I am not saying he is good or evil, all I'm saying is that the signs and symbols are there.
I understand they rap about the industry as well but I believe when they are in the "beginning" stages of their careers, they are allowed to write more freely in their lyrics if that makes sense and also, remember they are not signed on when they are already sold out. They have to agree to "join" and that is when we begin seeing them in black and white , using hand gestures, and using other symbolism more and more frequently along with a changes in their lyrics (less mentioning of the name "Jesus", and replacing it with "he, him, etc.) The music will sound even more secular because at that point it will be.
We can all agree that the rainbow will forever be for God's promise yet if you look around in this world, the devil has blatantly taken that color symbol and perverted it into another meaning. Mainstream is using the rainbow now and it's not to celebrate what God has promised us.
People need to be careful and make sure they are indeed with Christ and not just following a singer, rapper etc. That's all I'm saying because most of the time they are not what they seem to be.
There's a reason Lecrae dodged the topic when he was asked about being a "Christian rapper" in an interview, it's not just AC that I am concerned about.....just think about it....
