The Bone of The Ancients elemental damage multiplier yields better results in damage & the massive cooldown reduction allows me to get Decepti0n back quicker so I can apply Death Mark & get the out of Decepti0n damage bonus.

Why optics over velocity?

Vel0city makes the Lyuda bullet travel farther before splitting so i'd have to be farther away to get the sweet spot & i don't have that kind of space on the arena.
