    Hijaab is a must in Islam, it has itself in simple forms and also has itself in complex/extreme forms, like any other action that is law in Islam, the most complex/extreme salah is that which has all wajiib salahs, all five daily prayers with all it's sunnahs and all night prayers, as a law enforcer people should be let to practice it in moderation that equates their imaan/hearts just like a basic Muslim's prayer is the five mandatory prayer... a nation is held in sympathy while it's the objective of an individual to hold himself to the extremes. So as a nation hijab is a must in it's simple forms. And Allah knows best. May Allah forgive the Muslims and give hidaya/understanding of revelation to the none Muslims.Ameen.

When Adam AS committed the sin of disobedience Allah taught him the prayer to ask for forgiveness. And Allah forgave him. So sending down to earth was not expiation for his sin, but it was the will of Allah. Allah SWT before creating Adam and Hawa AS already decided to populate the earth with a Khalifa.

    I don't understand why it takes 45 minutes to answer a simple question. This is what causes confusion, this roundabout way of evading a question which does genuinely bother many. Regardless, the covering is a must and the Qur'an says so. No question about that. I will even say that perhaps a majority of scholars make the niqab mandatory. But does a standard Sharia book stipulate a punishment to be inflicted by the State if a woman choses not to adopt the hijab? Does it say that a woman is to be forced? The answer is no. Ultimately, it is between a person and God. Now a State can have laws in place which make hijab (with or without a niqab) mandatory and it's violation punishable. This is perfectly Sharia compliant. Or a State can have no legislation on forcing women into wearing hijab (with or without niqab) and having no punishments in place for those who chose not to wear it. This too is perfectly acceptable and Sharia compliant. Ultimately, we have to decide which is more workable. The former model, adopted by the Taliban in the 90s, will push people away from Islam (as it did in the past).

      There is a big difference
      France is forcing people to disobey Allah through their dress
      Taliban is forcing people to obey Allah through their dress
      One is using force for evil the other is using it for good

      @@flower-et4tl people shouldn't force women to wear the hijab. It is time we separate the wheat from the chafe. The women or men who love liberalism let them expose themselves to their poisonous idealogy. Women shouldn't be forced to wear abaya.

    You have twisted mind for not welling to present other Muslim views fairly.
    How can you compare someone who is not wearing Hijab to an atheist and unbelievers? Slave Muslim women at the times of Sahabs didn't wear Hijab.
    Where in the Quran or Hathis said to beat and belittle women for not wearing Hijab?

    • @shafiullahnoory2268
      @shafiullahnoory2268 Před 2 lety +1

      First, Islam say slave muslim women don't have to COVER THEIR FACE ! Because FULL hijab is for free women, and free women were wearing full hijab(face covered) while slaves Muslim women were not wearing face covering as they shouldn't. it doesn't mean their their hair and body were uncovered !
      And Umar radhiallaho anho also was not letting slave muslim women to "cover their faces" as full hijab is for free Muslim women.
      So you used the "Slave Muslim women" to justify not wearing hijab ?
      Considering the clarification that it is only about covering face,
      Then
      slave muslim women didnt wear fave covering, not free women. Your mother and sister and wife and daughters are not slaves 💁🏻‍♂️ so must wear .
