IMN 1004 I think it started when some BTS members announced that they would like to get to know Red Velvet. Since Jimin's answer was Red Velvet I think fans just started to look who fits the members the best and figured that Seulgi would be the perfect match for Jimin. They are both really good at dancing and look alike when they smile, some say. Because they have so much in common people think they would make a cute couple and that's how it started.... at least that's how I think everything started xD EDIT: oh and I forgot the "moments" between them ... like greeting each other, making eye contact and that stuff. Some people argue about those things being considered as moments but take it as you will xD
