The peach color is my favorite! I think a ring with large peach morganite in the center and a mint green peridot on either side, would be fantastic.

Oh yes morganite is one of my favorites! My 15th wedding anniversary ring is a brilliant peachy-pink morganite set in a custom rose gold band. Have you done an episode on pastel gemstones yet? I’d love to see a video on the most dreamy cotton candy pastel gems in your color series. Sending much love to you all from Tucson! 💎💕

I LOOoove morganite. I know it's a big old lady or millennial pink sort of thing, but the soft peachiness is so enchanting. I definitely think it works on men in that pink business shirt kind of way.

Found a little 29ct chunk of Morganite at the Pala Chief dig last year. Milky white to light pink depending on the angle lights entering. Hoping to find some better material when I go in a couple weeks. So of course it's that big beautiful big honker 10:30 for me. I literally had the same reaction as Rebecca and Rob. 😲😆 Seeing stuff from SoCal on JTV always gets me hyped to keep prospecting.

I went past a jewellery shop a few days ago and saw this ring that talked to me. In some light it looked like an off white diamond. Then in another light it looked peach and then I got really close and it looked pale salmon. I took a picture of it and came home and did some research. Its a morganite and it comes in so many different colours/shades. I took my partner back the next day to get a closer look and try it on. I can now say this will be my engagement ring ❤

I have two requests for future gemstone deepdives: 1. SUNSTONE! So many! Aquamarine Sunstone, Oregon Sunstone, Utah Sunstone, Bloodstone Iolite Sunstone, Confetti Sunstone, are there more? From rare and super expensive dichroic versions (peacock Oregon sunstone?!) to the many optical characteristics and why each specimen displays them (how can one gem species have so many cool optical tricks?).
And secondly: the gemstones that block/disrupt EMF and 5G. Shungite, Hematite, Pyrite, Black Tourmaline - Can you Unbox this myth at all?
Love your channel! Please do these two episodes! Can I get a gemstone gift from the Presidential Collection for these rad episode ideas? 😂 you rock! Get it Wah Wah

My niece has a pear shaped Brazilian morganite pendant with silver rutile inclusions that is just gorgeous. It’s an untreated gem, so the color isn’t that much saturated, but it’s still a nice collor, with a nice clarity and a beautiful cut. The rutile inclusions are very thin and make a very pleasant efect.
Just love this video. Thank you for that. Beryl is my gem of choice.

I think sometimes its pretty hard to tell what is a quartz from what is a beril. Here in my country (Brazil) we buy rough gemstones regularly and often they are small pieces, that belonged to large stones that were broked or precuted, so the gemstone loses it´s natural habit.
There were times that I bought not only berils on crystal lot, but also scapolites. Other problem is beril and quartz have an aproximated relative density. Beril has 2,63 to 2,80 or more and quartz 2,65 or more depending of its purity.
My conclusion: colorless beril, palid yellow or palid orange beril are regularly confused here in my country (by common folks like me) with crystal (quartz).

Thanks for this segment on morganite, it is indeed a very beautiful stone which does pair well with rose gold. I like how its hue can vary from an almost delicate baby pink through to a deep, brownish peach. Incidentally my birthstone is emerald (I love their ethereal, almost otherworldly beauty) and my mother's birthstone is aquamarine, also known to be very eye clean I believe.
I'd love to see a segment on tourmaline (of course, you may have already done one and I just missed it) - I have a raw piece in a deep, raspberry pink colour that I'm planning on having set into a pendant one day. Paraiba tourmaline with its bright, neon greenish-blue hue is also quite stunning.

I bought a "morganite" ring on line. I took it to a jeweler, cuz the color was more brownish than I am used to. He said Moissanite, and a good one. I paid 40.00, he said it was worth more, so, a win! But I really want Morganite. I took your advice, that loose gems are cheaper than thought. You bet! Have a 6 carat on the way, for 30.00!!

Why is JTV not admitting.. slab they opened the video with is lab made Morganite an aquamarine???? Look at it !!!! Thats a lab made specimen that they opened this video with look at those clean edges look at that high quality look at its gigantic size look at how it's detached from any Matrix and it's not grown in a normal Crystal formation!!!!! Notice how they've left all that information out in regards to that slab they opened this video with that slab is lab made Morganite and aquamarine!!!! Facts!!!! So there is no telling that any single piece of Morganite or aquamarine on the market anymore is not lab created!!!!!! You basically have to buy an on Matrix specimen and then have it cut for you to know if it wasn't made in a lab when it comes to Morganite and aquamarine!!!!!
