    How hot does it get? Could I use salt and pepper on my various food items? I would prefer a grill that could cook various items. Things like meats,fishes,and vegetables.I need a hot grill,does it get hot?

    I can assure you that grill is not at 1000 C. That's about 1800 F. Those shrimp would vaporize almost instantaneously at that temperature. It's more like 500-600 F.

    Usless video all u hear is 1000 degree if the food was 1000 it woulda been scoreched lol
