When I had my daughter and used the lactation cookies from target I noticed they really did help bring my milk in and later when I stopped eating them my milk supply dropped. The second I started eating them again I got everything back and more. Being a mama is such trail and error nothing really prepares you for it but Kayla your doing amazing!
