    Benefits of waking up at 4.00 a.m. :
    1. Self : You will get enough breakfast for your soul.
    2. Work : You can get a chance to work in heaven (environment of morning is like a heaven).
    3. Bath : You can take one of the best bath according to Indian culture.
    Bath at 4.30 a.m.-5.30 a.m. = Dev snan (Theo/God bath)
    Bath at 5.30 a.m.-6.30 a.m. = Sant snan (Monk bath)
    Bath at 6.30 a.m.-7.30 a.m. = Manushy snan (Human bath)
    Bath after 7.30 a.m. = Rakshashi snan (Devil bath)
    4. Quietude : No kids yelling, no babies crying, no soccer balls, no cars, no television noise. The early morning hours are so peaceful, so quiet. It’s my favorite time of day. I truly enjoy that time of peace, that time to myself, when I can think, when I can read, when I can breath.
    5. Appointment : It’s much easier to make those early appointments on time if you get up early. Showing up late for those appointments is a bad signal to the person you’re meeting. Showing up early will impress them.
    How to wake up at 4.00 a.m. ?
    1. Don't make drastic change : Start slowly, by waking just 15-30 minutes earlier than usual. Get used to this for a few days. Then cut back another 15 minutes. Do this gradually until you get to your goal time.
    2. Use clock alarm (which has no Snoozing system) instead of mobile alarm.
    3. Sleeping time : Our sleeping cycles lasts for one and half an hour. After 1.5 hour, if we continue to sleep then there will be beginning of next sleeping cycle. So, ideally best duration of sleeping is 6 hours. (You should go to bed at 9.45 p.m. ,
    4. Keep the alarm clock in such a manner that you have to stand up from the bed to stop the alarm.
    5. After getting up from the bed, go outside the room immediately after stoping the alarm.
    6. Food : You should complete your dinner before 3-4 hours of go to bed.
    7. Afternoon sleep : If possible, you should sleep for one and half an hour in afternoon.
