lol "YOU the one from outside"... smh if they knew the stress you go through just to try to build your house. You should tell them if it was up to one person to build the roads in Ghana, most of them would not be completed..

Using artisans and trades people to build is a lot of work and one has to have lots of patience. There is a difference using an Engineering Construction Company and using an Artisans or a one man hustler.

My neighbour's electrical wires were stolen in the neighbourhood I'm building.
Yes, it happens all the time, so you just have to try to make sure the house is secured. They may even still try, but at least you've made it much harder for them, and more likely they can get caught.
I think someone shd be staying in there when u installing electrical cables. Else kasoa boys gonna steal everything 😅
