recycleing plastic consume lot of water which got polluted and cant be drained in normal drainage

That’s not how it works, Taiwan is not recognized as country by most of UN, so if you try to see registration etc you will think it’s a Chinese company, which you are correct officially but if that’s correct then actually there is no country called Taiwan. So you either have to say that you don’t recognize Taiwan an independent country and this is a Chinese company or you have to accept that Taiwan is an independent country and it’s a Taiwan based company. Upto you.
Taiwan is pretty good in recycling.
