I too love rings and hobonichi doesn’t appeal to me at all. I love to hear why people plan the way they do rather than just look at their lovely planners so I can decide what could work for me. Thanks for your continued inspiration
I too like to hear how people use their planner, not necessarily just a flip through. I am a process person I guess, lol. Plus, I don’t have a ton to plan myself so maybe it is living vicariously?
I used A5 Leuchtturm1917 for a year which is similar layout to the Weeks (week on one with note page opposite) and loved it even though it was a bound planner. I now use that format in A5 rings but the Weeks would be too small.

I keep my planner really simple, but still enjoy seeing how other people use theirs - always open to new ideas and inspiration, even if I try something and later ditch it (bye-bye tracker section - too stressful seeing them not completed!). Do sometimes wonder if those with the massively decorated planners actually use them or if they are just for show, and they have a functional planner in the background that they REALLY use? 😁
That's a great question. After speaking with some friends on Instagram I think many of us struggle with wanting our planners to look pretty for photos but also ensuring that they're practical and functional to use... Thanks for watching love💕
I love my personal ring plaaner I've made my own tabs again this year to freshen up my planner, which saved me money , also kept my inserts very simple with just a diary/note pages 1 per week from filofax and a 1 page monthly overview, loving the simplicity for next year

🙌🏼 I. SO. NEEDED. TO. HEAR. THIS! Oh Rana! Thank you 🙏🏼. I have had my MM for 2+ years and seeing PM agendas a GM agendas EVERYWHERE got me a huge FOMO, MADNESS, SCHIZOPHRENIC EPISODE 🤪🤔. I fell for all the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sells and now have an overload of supplemental stickers and sticky notes and page flags that I didn’t really need. Now, I’m even considering hoping back into my PM and ditching my Pocket Planner. This whole capitalistic system has drove me into chaos. Today’s video was a huge wake up call of centering my ass and focusing on 1 planner. Nothing else. Thanks babe, truly.

I just want to say that this video is a big help to me, I have decided to use what I have, I love my personal wide, and the dashboards I love and dividers. I will use my cloth and paper 2023 spiral for my budget planner, for bills and expenses. I have fallen in love with the 8lotus inserts it is very ink friendly with any type of pen. I have a big collection of the cloth and paper pens, so why do I need more. ???? thank you for this video and all the others.

I admit all the options for planning supplies can be a bit overwhelming. I bought soooo much stuff from Cloth & Paper in the last month, but I'm setting up my planner from scratch, so I need a lot of the basics. I did splurge on dashboards and stickers though to get the aesthetic I want. I'm super excited to get everything in! I love your leopard print clip btw. Gorgeous! 😍

TYFS, Rana. So glad we have enough experience to know rings work for us. It’s nice to just think of 2023 inserts and a pen rather than trying something we see on IG as you say. Love the hobo photos but I wouldn’t know how to plan with one!😂😊
