How good is this suzuki engine,
Using cutter to remove old gasket may cause scratches on engine cover and oil leakage
One have to be careful, our intention is not to remove metal from the case, only the paper gasket. Small scratches will not cause any issue, thats why the gasket is there.
Sir me bhi gixxe sf use karta hun sir usme problem thoda sa bike chala ne ki baad uski awaz cheng hojata hai lagta hai ki 200 km bike chala ya hai or haat thak jata hai

How is the performance, i got my engine rebuild from service center, and asked them not to compromise on anything and they changes everything except gearbox yet the performance is shit.
Just like new one. That's a shame, they must have done some basics errors. As they usually do.

Bhi video ki konse time me ( timestamp) balancer shaft assemble kia apne. Mere pass gixxer sf 250 hai. Usme excessive vibration issue h. Internet me likha h suzuki recalled gixxer for improper positioning of balancer shaft in engine. So if you tell me then i can show it to suzuki service engineer. Tell me the timestamp

India me available koi v bike ki slipper clutch gixxer me fit nehi hota hai. As far as my knowledge goes.
Hi bro , I'm using Gixxer sf 150 , I'm facing problem in my bike , while running my bikes goes suddenly off , I changed spark plug and air filter also still that issue I'm facing. What will be issue in my bike , is that tank have any rust or carbon dust. May be that also one of the reason for this problem. Pls help me to solve this problem
Is it a carburetor version or a fi one?

@@karthikn1594 if you have rust in your tank, then probably the fine rust particles clogged the fuel pump filter partially. Also consider cleaning the injector. That may solve the issue.

@@EzMeck yes, that's what I felt. I'll ask another service center. Kick is jammed, so damage is substantial is what they told me

Some parts are different, also gixxer is 5speed gs150r is 6 speed

They look fairly similar from outside, you can give it a try, but I am not cent percent sure.
You forgot to fix 6mm bolts of main cassing below clutch house
