@@raleigh98 The VHS copy was aligned but every subsequent copy, even in Hawthorn premiership & 70s GF DVD collections, has been out of sync. I did contact them several years but nothing has been done.
1st granny I remember. Since then so many flags. Makes me so glad that I chose the mighty Hawks.
I mean imagine being a Saints fan, even a Dogs or Demons fan (exception to the rule) or worse Lions or Swans.
You can pretend they're your team but Fitzroy and Sth Melbourne are imitations at best, and an AFL lie, provided with additional $$ to ensure success thus calming the Victorian supporters who'd lost their clubs.

I love that this is labelled "Extended Hoghlights" when most of the play is deplorable with barely any sense of organised play at all. Just loads of bang it on the boot and hope for the best. Even when there are four defenders on an individual fwd the kicks are still coming in. No drawing the players toward you by running with the ball.....the commentators are right so many stupid mistakes.
Hawthorns 3 qtr time score of 10.18 was awful kockong for goal. They should've heen ahead by 50pts.
Great win to Hawthorn I think they would’ve won back to back had Collingwood not beaten them in the second semi final of 1977.
