- "go kiko, go" is a spiritual temple, a recital of "the prayer for dying and dead" from the tibetian book of the dead, with additional audio by Anton Newcombe, and visual arts by Jón Sæmundur.
my dear friend dr kiko passed away, and it is my hope to send him off on his journey, in his solar ship across the bardo pond, and find release.
this can also be a memorial, and a place of reflection for you.

"the Bardo Thodol is a guide from the Tibetan Book of the Dead that is read aloud to the dead whilst they are in the state between death and reincarnation in order for them to recognize the nature of their mind and thus to attain liberation from the cycle of rebirth. the Bardo Thodol teaches that once awareness is freed from the body it creates its own reality as we would experience in a dream. This dream occurs in various phases (bardos) in ways that are both wonderful and terrifying. Overwhelming peaceful and wrathful visions and deities appear. Since the deceased’ awareness is in confusion of no longer being connected to a physical body it needs help and guidance so that enlightenment and liberation occur. the Bardo Thodol teaches how we can achieve nirvana by recognizing the heavenly realms instead of entering into the lower realms whereby the cycle of birth and rebirth continues" - Hudba
I had only recently been introduced to Kiko and had spoke a few times with him. He reunited me with a long lost, personally dedicated Spacemen 3 7" that i thought i'd never see again. Not only did he insist on giving it back to me for nothing (it was on eBay at the time), he insisted he pay for postage and everything else as it was, in his words, "rightfully mine". Such a beautiful thing to do and will always mean a lot to me and my wife (who had originally bought it for me 15 years ago).
I truly can't believe it :( Sail on Dr. Kiko...

He was truly one of a kind. He'll be missed.
In the noughties I used to meet often with Kiko, I went to visit him and he hosted me in the house in Wansted, when it was still the house of Mercurio. I used to bring him a bottle of amaro Lucano from Italy, which he kept asking for, and it was more than enough to repay his generosity. All those who met him could listen to his incredible anecdotes, or take part in the future ones.
I'm sad that I didn't reach out to him in last few years, and that I've put it off once too often… Our lives have taken different paths, but I'm happy to have discovered in these days how many loved him. Thank you Anton.

I've just got out of court 🧑⚖️ & had a result ~ in that the possession order & my imminent eviction from my home (which was due for tomorrow) has now been suspended/adjourned until December so that I can make an application, for the possession order to be set aside, which will then allow me to offer a defence after seeking proper legal advice.
Complicated but @ least me & Tesladog 🐺 won't be homeless tomorrow, or for Xmas🧑🎄.
