Assist her to wash her face.She's too young to be doing it by herself, or you could teach and show her how to do it. She's a fast learner I'm sure she would learn fast if you show her how to do it. I salute you for being a haldworker and taking care of your sister is such a big responsibility, but she's not also a burden to you since she's a good little girl who knows how to follow instructions.She's just a happy,smart and fun to be with for a little sister. .God bless you two.....How did she fell off there?!?!?! Things work differently there only city’s have orphanages , villages have their police the villagers do watch over them more then you think , most people live hand to mouth , even here in America we’ve children living on the streets
