My bet for the skater who'd landed five quads out of six at the Olympics was Yuzuru Hanyu... I interpreted the question wrong, they meant attempted to land six quads in a skate, not in general. Yuzuru Hanyu is, of yet, the only person crazy enough to make an attempt at the quad axel.
