Quick and Easy Chicken Leg Quarters | Weber Kettle | Uncle Steve's Shake

This is a quick video showing how you can make a super cheap meal in about an hour with chicken leg quarters.
Cooked them indirect for a little over an hour at 350F. They came out with semi-crispy skin and looked/tasted delicious!!
