- The Experiental learning model also called Kolb’s learning cycle was developed by David A. Kolb. The model provides an insight into how individuals learn. The model was published in a book entitled “Experiential Learning” in 1984. David A. Kolb was a professor of organizational behavior and management at the MIT Sloan School of Management and at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, where he is currently Emeritus Professor of Organizational Behavior.
Besides his work on experiential learning, Kolb is also known for his contribution to thinking around organizational behavior. He has an interest in the nature of individual and social change, experiential learning, career development and executive and professional education.

how can a teacher apply it in a classroom?
@ziauddinahmed1907
Sometimes we show the film first in class. But most of the time the film is part of the homework, which everyone must have seen before class. Then we ask questions on the topic, which the participants can answer if they have seen the film. Finally, we ask the participants to discuss what they can use the model for in relation to their future tasks. Hope the answer provides inspiration for your teaching.
Hope you tell it to others about our films and subscribe to our channel.
