Sorry to respond late. I have since rebuilt the engine. The issue there is the engine would shut off because the pump was taking a few seconds to build pressure. There is a recent video of the engine rebuild. I also have the truck running and going great at this point. Thanks for watching.
what is the problem? Your oil pressure is about 16-17 psi. That's not low at idle...

Hi ... did u end up finding out what caused the low oil pressure... my dad us having same issue..
Actually, haven't diagnosed yet. Truck is in pieces for rust repair. I do have a brand new oil pump in case that is what the problem is
