Idk how so many Rams fans forgot about the BIGGEST ref blunder of the game that helped them. Dont believe me? Google refs in this game. The headlines are that the Lions got hosed again, NOT the Rams. But since the questionable PI happened at the end thats all people want to remember. And thats common ref mistakes. Calling a possession flopping penalty on the WRONG team at the end of the half is FAAAAAR WORSE

I’m so happy for Jared Goff man. He got traded and everyone thought his career is over. Now here he is defeating his old team in the playoffs and getting the game ball for his efforts. With how things ended for him in Los Angeles, I’m really glad to see him wind up on a team that trusts and appreciates him so much. Even as a Saints fan it makes me happy to see how much both teams have benefited from the Stafford trade, and this really felt like it coming full circle. The Rams got their Super Bowl a couple years ago and are still staying relevant even when everyone thought they were finished, and for the Lions their success story is only just beginning. Hoping for great things for both teams in the future. What a time to be alive.

Comment I was looking for, both teams played a heck of a game, full of great effort and top-level plays, a genuine shame one team had to lose...this was more enjoyable than a lot of conference title games and dare I say some Superbowls !

89 year old devoted Lions fan Benjamin Capp -- who has been a season ticket holder for 66 years -- was in attendance for this game. He's been a season ticket holder since 1957 -- the last time the Detroit Lions won a championship pre-Superbowl era. It would be awesome if he got to see them go all the way this year.
Hopefully he sees at least ONE Super Bowl victory in his lifetime! If/when they make the big game, give Grampa Capp and his family a suite!
