Smart Life APP VS Tuya Smart APP!

In this CZcams video, we dive into the world of home automation and explore two popular apps for controlling your WiFi-enabled devices: Tuya Smart and Smart Life. Both of these apps can be linked up with your Amazon Echo or Google Home, but there is a key difference between them: IFTTT.
IFTTT (If This Then That) is a powerful automation tool that allows you to take your home automation system to the next level. It enables you to create custom workflows between your devices, allowing you to do things that neither app or skill was intended to do. For example, you could create a custom command that turns on your smart lights and plays your favorite music when you say "Alexa, good morning!"
When I made this video, a friend of mine had just purchased two different products that each required a different app - Tuya Smart and Smart Life - to control them. I realized that this might be confusing for new users, so I decided to make a video that explains the differences between the two apps and how to use them.
I also discovered that at the time of filming, Tuya was not listed on IFTTT. However, through viewer comments, I learned that you could use your Tuya login to activate Smart Life on IFTTT. Since then, Tuya has been added to IFTTT and Smart Life can be selected directly.
The Tuya platform is used by many manufacturers of smart home devices, including smart lighting, switches, plugs, power strips, fans, air conditioners, robot vacuums, and video doorbells.
